Overview
Fire Watch Security for Charlottetown Clients
NFPA-compliant fire-watch rounds during sprinkler impairments and hot-work operations — deployed on the ground in Charlottetown.
When a fire suppression system, alarm panel, or standpipe is offline — whether for maintenance, testing, hot-work, or renovation — the fire code in every province and territory requires a dedicated fire watch. Our officers are trained to NFPA 601 standards and carry sealed logbooks accepted by every AHJ we work with.
Fire watch is one of our most requested services during hospital and school retrofits, high-rise sprinkler upgrades, industrial welding operations, and post-fire re-occupancy in NL and PEI.
In Charlottetown specifically, we routinely deploy this service to Confederation Centre of the Arts, Peakes Quay, Founders’ Hall, and adapt it to the local geography, weather, and dispatch realities of Queens County, Prince Edward Island.
